Hey Warren and Trumbull County, help us welcome the Foxconn team to our area. We are eager to show everyone that Warren is a great place to live, learn, work, and be entertained.
About Foxconn: If you are unfamiliar with Foxconn-
- they are a huge company — #20 on the FORTUNE Global 500
- they're the company that purchased the former GM plant in Lordstown,
- They're a contract manufacturer whose plans in Lordstown include building various electric vehicles for their customers.
- As new folks join the workforce many will be looking for new places to live;
- They’ll all be looking for places to shop, eat, drink, and be entertained
Event Activities
Join us as we welcome Foxconn
→ A welcoming rally for the Foxconn team at Warren G. Harding High School Cafetorium @ 10 am.
This includes the Warren G. Harding Jazz Band, the John F. Kennedy High School Cheerleaders,
and Scrappy from the Mahoning Valley Scrappers will be cheering us all on.
→ At 11 am at BRITE Energy Innovators on West Market Street, Foxconn representatives
will be on-site for cookies, coffee, and conversation to answer questions you may have.
Also, at Brite, you can learn more about the #3 Energy Incubator in the COUNTRY!
Check out the award-winning Harding HS Robotics Team and learn more about area non-profits.
→ 11 am, 12 noon, and 1 pm you can join tours of both Warren City Hall
and the Trumbull County Courthouse hosted by the Trumbull County Historical Society.
→ Other Warren area restaurants, businesses, and museums will be opening and welcoming everyone in for a visit.
