Trumbull County's Outdoor Trail Adventures Await

Trumbull County has some of the most scenic biking routes in Northeast Ohio. Many have light traffic or wide shoulders and include historic sites to see along the way.

Take a two-wheel tour along the back roads of Amish Country and enjoy life at a slower pace amidst the farms and whitewashed houses that dot the countryside.

Bike the 17-mile-long Western Reserve Greenway all the way into Ashtabula County. Set your own pace on this multi-purpose linear trail as you cross lush woodlands, farms and waterways.

This trail is part of the Great Ohio Lake-to-River-Greenway, which is still under construction in some areas. When completed, the entire bikeway will extend 100 miles from Lake Erie to the Ohio River.

If nature's your thing, ride around Mosquito Lake State Park and maybe see bald eagles. Trumbull County is among the top three counties in Ohio with a significant bald eagle population.
