President McKinley honored in 180th birthday celebration

WILLIAM MCKINLEY BIRTHDAY: William McKinley’s 180th birthday celebration will be 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday at the McKinley Birthplace Home, 40 S. Main St., Niles. A presentation will begin at 3 p.m. with McKinley portrayed by Mike Wilson who will discuss the lasting impact of his political career from his time as a congressman to his days in the White House.
