Perkins Mansion (1871)

Originally built in 1871 as the home of civic leader Henry Bishop Perkins and his family, this Victorian Italianate mansion features stained glass skylight, marble fireplaces, hand cut crystal chandeliers, and intricate woodwork, and has served as Warren's City Hall since 1934.

The building is open Monday-Friday during regular business hours. A self-guided walking tour brochure can be obtained from the Trumbull County Tourism Bureau located next door at 321 Mahoning Avenue NW in downtown Warren.
